Neurotrauma - Sound Fix

Barotrauma relies on mono sounds to play sound effects positioned in the game world. If a sound is in stereo format, the game can't position the sound in the level and will instead play it as a global (Background) sound for everyone in range which renders players unable to determine where the sound was coming from.

The most common example would be the screams. Every time a character somewhere near you would scream due to an impact on your submarine that causes a dislocation, you most likely thought it was your character screaming when in reality you only received blunt force trauma and the assistant 3 rooms across dislocated his leg and screamed.
