hey look another L4D1 saferoom door for L4D1 maps but this time MST

this mod simply adds the l4d1 saferoom door texture only to l4d1 maps (minus the sacrfice)

this mod was simply experimental but its planned to have a unique safe room door for each campaign (as a separate addon)
