Barotraumatic submarine boy aka Maresteel Vivus

Okay so, he's the only one of his kind to actually "fuse" with a sunken submarine, giving it the word steel in his name. Mare and Vivus are from latin mean sea and alive. His kind is usually covered in full layer of dark scales, but this one in particular was born with much less of it, exposing his dark red flesh. However just because of that, due to some "incident" his body fused with a submarine. Cracked and sharp hull punctured his eyes, making him blind, but in exchange he received his roar like "sonar" and terrifying look
