Description
Removes Max Durability cost on repair and allows legendaries to be repaired again. What kinda superglue do you think were they huffing to think that was a good idea?

3 important notes:

1, Item's wont get the penalty removed automatically, but the next time you repair it the entire penalty is undone
2, I had to manually allow each legendary to be repaired, so lemme know which ones I missed
3, If an item still gets the durability penalty then the container it was repaired in isn't assigned, so again I need to know

any way to remove the messages entirely after repairing??? "no it hasn't :) " and "repairing the item has reduced its durability"?

this only work with vanilla items right? stuff from mods still get affected by the durability lost right?

Cant seem to repair the bow "Reach of the Red Mother". Haven't played in a long time so I cant tell if it needs something else other than a weapon repair kit or if it was a weapon that got missed in the mod.

Is there any way to script different amount of durability repaired with different kits? It's a little bit op to be able to repair a high tier legendary to full durability with the lowest tier kit. I mean i'm not complaining or anything... Just uhh... You know

h1e: I had similar idea - all repair kits reduce durability, but once you take your item to work bench (or repair in inventory - same thing really) and repair it via spending crafting materials, you will restor the entire original durability. That way, proper repairing would be proper maintenance, while repair kits would be emergency patching. I guess though that would lower amount of grinding, and devs seems to be hell bend on that (side by side with general frustration acting as "possitive stress")
