When a new survivor joins ... the player must go to options >> mod options >> survivor modifiers >> change the values a little >> APPLY.

So the new survivor also gets the bonuses.

Thanks to this mod, the survivors walk at human speed. They can activate a switch or open a window in a realistic time.
