Conquest Equality - Standalone Difficulty Changes

This mod is only the difficult changes from the Conquest Equality mod without any alterations to Conquest or anything else. This is precisely what this mod does, no more and no less:

- Both player and AI units will have the same accuracy and take the same damage on all difficulties aside from "Easy".

This works in vanilla Conquest, the campaign, skirmish and multiplayer. It also should work with any mod. Enjoy.
