I just hope Nintendo will lose this fight.
Because "owning words" is stupid in my opinion... In year 20XX there will be like almost no chance to make your own stuff withoug getting into fight with other companies...
EVERYONE WHO USE THAT WORD IN GAMES, MODS, LOGOS AND ANYTHING WILL GET SUED FOR 45.000 U.S. DOLLARS
but we will still use that word in the comments or in talks
but Papers Please will get under attack from Nintendo lawyers
