How to be incredibly funny
By Deltarizon
Do you like to be funny? Do you like to kill people? Do you hate doing work when you don't have to? If you answered yes to all of these questions, then boy oh boy do I have the guide for you! We're going to be looking at a VERY casual build today that works on all Killers that should (90% of the time) get you a guaranteed Mori with practically no effort while still being pretty nice to the Survivors.

Oh boy, I love killing people!
Me too! Its one of my favorite things in Dead By Daylight! There's something very satisfying about getting that cinematic kill on a Survivor. Hooking them is good and all, but it just doesn't beat Killing them personally. My goal is to, very casually, put that power into your hands.

FOR FREE.

sorta

Keep in mind that, yeah, there's plenty of ways to just straight up kill (Mori) people in the game, but we also aim for it to be incredibly funny, in which I mean to the detriment of exactly one person, and also at the end of the match when they'll think they're safe. I'll explain more below.
The Funniest Perk in the Killer Arsenal

Rancor is a perk you can obtain by Playing as or Prestiging The Spirit. The Tier of Rancor doesn't matter, though having the Tier 3 does make it much less noticeable to Survivors. Lets take a look at what it does, for those of you who may be unfamiliar with it.

You become obsessed with one Survivor.
Each time a Generator is completed, the following effects apply:
-Your Aura is revealed to the Obsession for 5/4/3 seconds.
-The locations of all Survivors are revealed to you for 3 seconds.

Once all Generators are completed, the following effects apply:
-You are granted the ability to kill the Obsession by your own hand.
-The Obsession suffers from a permanent Exposed Status Effect.

So, once the exit gates are powered, as long as you down your Obsession, you can almost instantly kill them as if you had brought a Mori to the match. For those reading who may be new, this is achieved by standing over the Survivor, looking down at them, and holding the attack button for roughly 1.5 seconds.

If you opened the gates for the Survivors, and pull this off, it is incredibly satisfying, and more often than not the other Survivors will get a good laugh out of it too.
Why use this build at all?
I know what you're thinking. You're saying to yourself, "Well, why not just use this in a normal build? I've got some ideas of how I could use this really efficiently, I'll just do that."

And to that I say, good! If you've got a better idea of how you want to use this, go for it. Lord knows I'm not gonna stop you, go show those Survivors who's boss.

But here's one thing I will say; people aren't dumb. People are, much to my chagrin, actually pretty smart. So if you're in a match, and it just so happens that your Obsession knows about the perk Rancor, and sees clues that suggest you might have it, then they're probably not going to just give it to you. At that point, they're gonna make you work for it. In fact, using Rancor in a normal build typically leads to the Obsession just offing themselves as quickly as possible. Again, people are pretty smart; if they think you're here for something, and you don't give them something in return? Then they're not gonna give it to you for free.

So how can we counteract that? How can we trick people into letting us kill them for free?

The Gambit
If you're taking my advice so far, then we've come to what I've decided to dub "The Gambit". You're going to convince the Survivors that you're not actually here for any particular reason aside from completing a Daily mission. Every Killer has a unique mission that can come up as a Daily. Some of them are easy, some of them aren't, and that's okay. Because you're going to "complete" your challenge in as friendly of a way as possible.

My recommended Killer for The Gambit is the Gunslinger. His Daily mission is typically shooting, reeling, and hitting any Survivor(s) 5 times. This is an incredibly easy feat to accomplish, and can be done rather quickly. This also has the poison tipped grace of letting you shoot and reel in your Obsession if they catch on to your antics. You don't want them to just run away, do you?

If you don't own Gunslinger, Clown is probably the next best Killer to play as. Choose the goofiest outfit you can (Preferably Mr. Puddles) and use the confetti add-on. Then just never hit anyone, keep hucking bottles of confetti at the survivors until end of match. This implies either a "Hit Survivor's with bottles" daily or a chase challenge from a tome. People also seem to love Mr. Puddles, but if you can't afford to get that outfit then again, just the silliest outfit you have.

Third best killer for this is probably Doctor. The Doctor can be incredibly threatening to Survivors right off the bat, since everybody hates madness. Your plan with Doctor is probably just to chase with Electroshock and occasionally throwing out a Static Blast, once people realize you have no interest in hitting them, they'll typically just start doing objectives and letting you zap em, which is another effective way to earn bloodpoints on the side.

Once you've "finished" your mission, you'll still chase Survivors, but you won't hit them. You'll only break pallets, break walls, and damage generators. If you down anyone (somehow) then you'll pick them up and swing your weapons while walking in circles until they escape from your grasp. If a Survivor stops dead in their tracks while you're chasing them, you'll circle them but not do anything. If they stay that way for a while, you'll leave them alone, and go do other things. If somebody nods at you, nod back. These are all things that are typically considered friendly behavior, and should convince the Survivors to trust you.

You could also potentially play an AFK killer, but that's pretty lame, and honestly, you'll get more Bloodpoints this way because you're at least engaging in basic Killer tasks, such as chases and damaging generators. If you decide you need to afk, I would recommend Wraith or Nurse because their chase game is on point, or if you have any of the other Stealth characters, they'll work just as well. Just keep in mind that Myers, Amanda, and G.Face all cost real life money and that's rough.

Ideally, you want to keep an eye on your obsession. Its not unheard of for a friendly Killer to "bond" with a Survivor they particularly like and just follow them around, or chase just them specifically. Its an incredibly high risk move considering your objective because as we've mentioned, people are smart. Try to mix in other actions such as destroying walls and generators to give the illusion that you're not focused on the Obsession, you just feel like following them around.

Once all the generators are completed, try to catch the Obsessions attention specifically. This can be done by "swing-missing" near them and walking away while looking back and forth between your destination and them. Swing-missing multiple times is fine as it can pantomime "pointing the way". A lot of times, people will simply follow. If they don't, that's okay, just follow them instead. Once you've gotten to a gate, and everyone basically starts saying their goodbyes to each other and the nice killer person who didn't attack and hunt them down, THEN you make your move. Down the Obsession, Mori them, and if anyone is left in the match very politely usher them out.

Keep in mind, if it looks like they're going to make it near the exit zone just inside of the Gates, then you can skip goodbye and go straight for the kill. You just played through a whole match as the nice guy, don't let the chance slip through your fingers.
Additional Perks to appear Friendly
You can add in additional perks to make yourself seem like more of a Friendly Killer. 3 perks in particular can help with this because people who use their heads know that, unless its a very specific killer, they're typically useless perks. Survivor's who recognize these perks in action will KNOW that they're bad perks and are typically just used to get more Bloodpoints.

The Perks are :

-Distressing, which increases the size of your terror Radius and grants additional Bloodpoints in one of the Killer's grading categories. This is technically the best out of the three, since its actually usable in a number of builds, but put it on a killer who doesn't weaponize their terror radius and boom, its a useless perk.

-Beast of Prey, a perk from The Huntress, is good on paper and awful in practice. It makes you undetectable after gaining Bloodlust Tier 1, which sounds great, but Bloodlust is lost when you do basically anything other than vault in a chase. You will actually capitalize on this Perk by accident more than a few times, but remember thats not the goal. At the end of the day, the Bonus Bloodpoints the perk gives you on the side is probably the most valuable thing about it.

-Hex : Thrill of the Hunt, a perk that you can obtain randomly from any killers Bloodweb at random, it slows down the cleansing speed of totems in relation to the number of Totems left standing on the map. This is usually used in conjunction with specific Hex builds but you're only going to be using it because it, once again, grants additional Bloodpoints in one of the Killer grading categories. Its also completely useless on its own, which means once they see its gone, and nothing else happens, they're more likely to think you're just a friendly lad or lass.

There are definitely more perks you could use instead, such as aura reading perks or perhaps some other niche perks. I'll list a few other useful perks that a Friendly Killer can make use of.

-Nowhere to Hide, a perk obtained from The Knight, is an aura reading perk where for roughly 3 seconds after damaging a generator, you'll see the Auras of Survivors in a radius around you. Good for locating a Survivor to impress, and potentially even your Obsession if you're good enough to "read" the outlines of specific characters.

-Play with Your Food, a perk obtained from The Shape, makes it so every time your Obsession escapes from your chase, you gain a token. Each token increases your movement speed by roughly 3%, which adds up over time. It also makes you seem much friendlier, because you can easily catch up to anyone and attack them if you so desired. Since you don't plan on hitting anyone until the end of the match, you'll pretty much always have 3 tokens. This way you're incentivized to find your Obsession quickly and ignoring other Survivors, which will foster goodwill.
That's all folks
Hopefully this guide has inspired you to be an awful person. This is probably one of the cruelest things you can do to a Survivor and is marvelously humorous. I've ended a few matches where people stood around nodding their heads at the kill. I love this community and hope people continue to be morbidly entertaining.

1) If any of the survivors still thinks you are a real killer, put them down and bring to your followers for healing. This will inpire them to think the right way
2) If someone managed to escape from your trap dont chase them. Protect what you already have got. An unfinished christmas tree still is a christmas tree

For those who feel unsatisfied after reading this. Try using bubba to mess around. Be gentle, be friendly, nod and dont use your chainsaw. Under perfect condition it will make the survivors feel safe. Try to gather them in one group by helping them farming the unhooking points. Or maybe if you are creative enough you make come up with another excuse to trick them:3 Then when all 4 are near you start your chainsaw, kudos if you have the basement nearby. Now yo must be quick cause we dont want them to use unbreakable (though the chances to encounter it are quite low cause nobody plays with slugging builds). Now after all the work done enjoy your personal christmas tree and even more satisfying christmas chat

Not offended, confused. Provided an alternative. I don't LIKE playing Wraith or Nurse, so don't worry, that tone is directed at them. But if you don't have the Gunslinger or any other Killer who can very effectively chase targets, then you can always rely on Wraith and Nurse.

Chill dude, didnt want to offend you or something

If you don't have Gunslinger you could just as easily play Nurse or Wraith, they're brain dead killers who take no effort to play; you don't even need the Gambit if you're Nurse or Wraith, at that point you can straight up AFK until the last generator and then just use the Rancor proc to find your target.

Yes very useful considering the fact that I dont have the slinger

It also mentions that playing gunslinger makes it very simple to secure it in case they figure you out. Reading would've revealed that for you.

So this guide basically says to rely on survivors intellect. Not quite helpful IMO
