Description

This small mod allows you to change the starting year, as well as changing how old mechanoids can spawn as and disabling cryptosleep in newly generated pawn backstories (the cause of differing biological and chronological ages in pawn generation). Starting year can be changed at any time and should adjust all other dates along with it. Mechanoid age and cryptosleep only affect newly generated entities.

Compatibility:
Works unintuitively with Character Editor's pawn age UI. Still functions if you use dates based on 5500 for chronological age (and you can briefly change the starting year back to 5500 or disable this mod without causing any issues).

(Un)install safety:
Should be safe to (un)install at will. Save compatible.

such a great mod for special lore playthroughs. sometimes you wanna wake up 10000 years later instead of 5000. or maybe one year after the world "event".

Anyone know if this still works for 1.6? I would think it wouldn't make much difference because it just changes the date.

@afogn I'm guessing that's possible, but not sure how hard it'll be off the top of my head. This was intended as a little mod to solve a specific problem, so I probably won't add more features to it.

Can you make it so we have 12 months of 5 days that way i can make head and tails of the seasons and it dosent mess with the 60 day year but if you could port the other part of the original mod that could be fun to experiment with too
