Description

Simple edit to the Generator's run time, making it 4 times longer then the default Duration.

300 Seconds per Fuel Unit to 1200 Seconds on Easy
210 Seconds per Fuel Unit to 840 Seconds on Normal
165 Seconds per Fuel Unit to 660 Seconds on Hard

Changes the following settings in "...\script\custom\modules\GeneratorModule.hps":
"const float gfGenerator_RunTimePerFuelUnit = 60.f * 3.5f;"
"const float gfGenerator_RunTimePerFuelUnit_Easy = 60.f * 5.f;"
"const float gfGenerator_RunTimePerFuelUnit_Hard = 60.f * 2.75f;"

To this:
"const float gfGenerator_RunTimePerFuelUnit = 60.f * 14.f;"
"const float gfGenerator_RunTimePerFuelUnit_Easy = 60.f * 20.f;"
"const float gfGenerator_RunTimePerFuelUnit_Hard = 60.f * 11.f;"

After updating the file to newest possible version I found that it continued to not function as intended. I spent some time messing with the file and couldn't recreate the duration change from before the Halloween Update. A few variables seem to be added and one was used in an expression for "decrease time" that I hadn't seen before. I'm not sure why its not working and I don't intend to look into it further. I do apologize upfront for that. I do recommend the mod that increases the max fuel amount at the very least as that increases the time in a different fashion to this mod. You'll have to spend more time grabbing fuel canisters, but at the very least it is something.

Must of been hit with the Halloween Update as well or something similar. I'll take a look at it.

hi the duration is not working,no matter how I tweak,is the same 5 minutes.
however the Generator capacity works(const int glGenerator_MaxFuelAmount = 5)

Oh well thats good! I played the game without mods while grinding out the achievements, so I really only voiced the heresay of others. Good to know!

Yes it does. Technically it puts the game into a Custom Story State, which by default disables achievements.
