Maxwell has PTSD

Description
Maxwell, and only Maxwell, has a -200 sanity/min aura per layer from WX-78's music box, as was joked about in that one YouTube comment section. All other characters are unaffected.

@xian Wilson has much less visceral reactions to the gramophone and records, and also has no unique examination quote for WX's chorusbox circuit.
