Description
A variation of my All The Permits mod that works with VE Empire.

Added new permits.

Added more permit points for vanilla titles.

Reduced title and favor requirements for permits.

Reduced cooldowns for most permits.

It's not ready for 1.6 yet. It shouldn't break your game but there will be some issues with the ranks mainly.

@TheWageGap If that mod changes the permits then they will conflict. It wouldn't be a massive conflict, they'd just overwrite each other a bit.

I haven't had any issues adding mid game. You might have to refund your permit points.

I have updated to 1.5. I didn't see any immediately noticeable issues but if you spot any, let me know and I'll fix them.

It's so higher ranks can have multiple journeys.
