Upgraded Left 4 Dead First-Aid Kit / L4D1 Medkit+

The following mod replaces the medkit with its counterpart from the first game, but with a twist.

This is the medkit from the original game ported by yours truly. This piece of equipment here is notorious for being incredibly still in the first game compared to anything else (even gascans). The idle animation moves so little you might as well think it doesn't move at all and it doesn't have a running animation either, the idea of this mod is to go over those things to bring it more in-line with how other consumables behave/look (at least in the first game).

To summarize, this now has an idle animation (borrowed from the dual pistols), a running animation (borrowed from the molotov), it gives the zippers at the front jigglebones to make it a bit more lively and it also makes it so that the survivor's left hand shows when looking down just like other equipment in L4D1 does (this hand is also animated just like other consumables).

I know the medkit is generally held with both hands by both L4D1 and L4D2 survivors so this last change may not make sense to some people, but since the first game's animations have the survivor hold the medkit with just one hand I figured this change wouldn't feel forced, and I think it improves the overall feeling of the mod.

This is compatible with retextures.
