Press Windows key + r
Write "%localappdata%" (without the quotes)
Enter the folder "Forager"
Delete the file "config.txt"
Replace it with the following https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xcm-ZbUDwB1B04ceXPo0sSn-A_2qkxD2/view?usp=sharing
If the game still does not start, deactivate Rivatuner Statistics Server and / or MSI Afterburner

I had to upload the file to my Drive because the developer has deleted it from their website.
