Gladiator

Adds the Gladiator. A high damage physical attacker, but several skills require setup or have low accuracy. Has access to Wind and Fire skills.

Like Mystic Knight, this class is inspired by classes from FFTA2. Namely Fighter, Gladiator, and White Monk. Every skill can be used unarmed, so Gladiator could work nicely with Monk. The Gladiator also has ok spirit growth, and all of his Ki skills scale with STR and SPI.

Also like Mystic Knight, This will almost certainly be unbalanced right now. Please let me know if anything is over/under powered.

There currently is no Crystal, Master, or equipment for this class. I do plan on making a crystal later on
