JAP GER Anime Leader Redux

A sub-mod of HOI4 Moe mod.
HoI4 Moe mod changed the portraits of the leaders of Germany and Japan, but I don't think the new portraits are good-looking, as gloomy as zombies, so I made this mod to change the portraits of the leaders of Germany and Japan.
I got the old portrait of the Japanese leader from kaiserreich Moe, but I couldn't find the old portrait of Germany, so I had to replace it with a good-looking one.
