[PM/NPC] Bionic body:Rise - Rangers (No Scare Version)

Description
The PM/NPC original author(Previous name is "Albert Wesker") deleted everything in it and injected the scare LUA.

I backed up 2 PM/NPC mods(Black Watch and Ranger) of Previous version, and I decided to upload them for players.

If you still seeing a screamer, make sure you unsubscribe to the original addon (even if it is removed, best to check), and type "menu_cleanupgmas" in the console and hit enter.

Please don't give Kuge any unnecessary trouble. He is innocent, and should not be responsible for the scare.

why are there so many playermodels with the same body but different faces? wouldnt it make more sense to make one pm with a bodygroup of different faces?

I don't know if you accept requests but, is it possible to upload the bonemerge version of their vests and headgear? I'd like to mix some opfor with US gear.

the original mod was made by a scammer and was deleted for the work shop but I do give credit to Kuge and he's a good modder
