Leg Armor Fixes

Whether an oversight or intentional, leg armor in Star Trail gives no armor protection whatsoever. This mod fixes that.

By default, leg armor is expensive and adds a ton of weight to your characters, but does nothing for your armor rating at all. With this mod, every leg armor piece in the game now has an armor rating and encrumbrance value roughly equal to half that of its matching torso piece. Of course, this only applies to armor pieces -- any cloth or leather items described as simple clothing or "pants" in the game files have not been given armor values. Therefore only a couple of leather leg pieces now add AR, but every single chainmail, ringmail, scalemail and platemail leg item now offers actual protection.
