How to use custom portraits:
(1) In your paradox launcher, find out this mod in your mod list and choose go to mod directory.
(2) Go to "gfx\models\portraits" subdirectory. Portraits used under different circumstances are stored here:
gray_portrait_warship_normal.dds Used when Gray is currently a warship and is NOT in combat
gray_portrait_warship_engaged.dds Used when Gray is currently a warship and is in combat
gray_portrait_governor.dds Used when Gray is currently a governor
gray_portrait_army_normal.dds Used when Gray is currently an army and is NOT in combat
gray_portrait_army_engaged.dds Used when Gray is currently an army and is in combat
gray_portrait_no_former_assignment.dds Used when Gray has no former assignment, e.g. right after the event encountering Gray
gray_portrait_event.dds Used in the event encountering Gray
(3) You may replace any of the above portraits (of course you can swap the portraits by renaming them to each other's file names). Make sure you have the correct file name.
Images(.png, .jpg, etc.) can be changed into .dds through image manipulating software (e.g. Photoshop, GIMP). Make sure your portrait has a height smaller than 340 pixels or the exceeded part will not get displayed.
Using together with https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2974269768 is recommended for better display in council.
