Personally, I think with the level of tech at hand, the drones should use your whole radar coverage. It makes no sense to me that they have such limited range, or that you have to build them all over for coverage as if radar doesn't exist. Funny enough, artillery uses radar?

Just saying, and I might end up making my own mod for this. I'd like to build a few drone bays in the middle of my base, and just have them go wherever needed, also saving precious front line defense space.

Also, also, again, base range does suck. You have to place them at the wall, and long range towers far back, or else the enemies will get killed out of range, leaving mods uncollected. So thanks for this mod.
