Prototype RTG Cell (Unlimited Fuel Rod - No Reactor*)

Description
Does not work with nuclear reactors. This mod is intended to be used within items such as the exosuit or fissile accelerator.

Adds a new unlimited fuel rod that can be crafted with 85+ electrical skill and a handful of alien materials. Capable of powering any device which accepts fuel rods as a power source. However, it is not compatible with traditional fission reactors.
