Strengths:

- Includes a repair bubble and shield generator to ensure survivability until reinforcements can arrive.
- Significant light source.
- Includes solar panels to sustain shield and repair bubbles.
- Includes charger to provide minor support to assisting techs.


Weaknesses:
- Defenseless.
- No controls.
- Immediately sells processed resources.
- Shield and repair bubble coverage is lopsided, presenting greater vulnerability to explosive weapons on western side.
- Minimal power supply that may give out to relatively brief attacks, and may fail overnight to passive power costs.
- Incomplete armor coverage.
- Lights may cause framerate issues at night in large-scale mining operations.
- May unexpectedly accumulate refined resources in its receiver, stranding them. This usually occurs when the platform exits the "active" radius around the player.
