The first fighter made by Republic of Pertam, in 2063 the Defense Ministry of Pertam demanded a simple fighter that easy to produce and simply and easy to learn for new pilots, it was part of the "2063 Emergency Fighter Program" the fighter would mainly be used to intercept Imperial Bombers and defend the orbit around Pertam.
