AI seems to prioritize hiring secretaries and theorists over political advisors and corporations. (Even in vanilla, the three political advisor slots are often not filled until 1945.)
With this mod, the AI may not recruit political advisors or corporations until there are no more available secretaries or theorists.
There may be some people who want compatible versions of other large MODs, but we will not be able to accommodate those requests for a while.
