Regenerating Shield

Description
Adds a perk which grants simple regenerating health buffer. The shield's hp is consumed first before your own, and will regenerate slowly if you're not taking damage. This perk is granted to you by default.

This is different from the energy shields already in Noita. The vanilla energy shields deflect projectiles while this still lets them hit you, but absorbs the damage.

You may configure all stats of the shield in mod settings.
By default, the shield has 15hp, starts regenerating after 10 seconds of no damage, and regenerates at a rate of 1hp/second.
You may also change the stats granted by stacking the perk.

is there a way to make this just a normal occurring perk? I dont want to just start with it is all and I feel it is balanced enough to be added to the normal pool of perks.

Awesome mod but is there a way to edit where the shield bar is?
I use an ultra widescreen mod and the shield isnt over the hp bar

Is there an option to make the shield's 'taking damage' effect not so bright? I find it a little distracting personally.

It would also be great to have settings to set the shield GUI size as the health bar, so that if the shield is full it covers the entire health bar.

I love this mod, but the gui is offset if you play in non-windowed mode, it looks so aesthetically strange that you have to play without the mod, I'm waiting for a working fix for full-screen mode

I have a new issue, it seems like the option of "Add Perk" doesn't seem to be working.
I can't find any new Perks to stack of that kind, even if I don't have the perk initially.

thanks! i can't seem to figure out why the slowdown happens
i might try and fix the resolution, but theres other things to work on
