TK ore storage

Description
TK ore storage (warehouse) always enabled.

When using the ore specialized industry before unlocking the industry ore zone there is no access to a warehouse that can contain the raw forest resource (ore).
This warehouse changes that.

This gives a chance of keeping a good deal of the raw ore resource in town instead of exporting it.
