Alarielle - global world torment lower cap

Description
still work in 6.0
In vanilla, Alarielle is only bothered by corruption in her land,
I modified her script so that the average corruption is calculated on the whole map

so now, if the world has problems with chaos, Alarielle will be informed

modified version with lower cap for chaos corruption from 75/50/25% to 30/25/15%

it's a replacement, you don't need the standard version

probably incompatible with any mod that changes the mechanics of Avelorn
defender of Ulthuan, power of nature, torment of the mortal world

it can be used on a current campaign, corruption will be updated on next turn

it should be doable, but it only affects alarielle in the high elves because is it related to her tree unit recruitment and the fact that she is a mage, if someone want to reap my mod to extend it the others HE LL, i don't mind, but me I don't see the point ^^

it's a replacement, they edit the same file, you don't need the standard
