Report a translation problem
I wrote a brief little guide on how to overcome that. It's a limitation with the Kenshi engine. No modder can fix it.
But we can as players. If you have an animal on your team that eats corpses (bonedogs in Vanilla, most carnivores in mods, but only ever 1 per squad) so long as they have no jobs (not bodyguard, ect) they'll eat corpses by default, including ones left on the pole.
You might want to set them to do this when you're ready, otherwise the pole won't get its full charge of 'meat' and adding a new body resets it I believe. But my raptors/dogs happily work to clean up my cooking poles and it's a working system.
Sadly what it actually does is consume a single tribal building material and then allows you to create infinite normal building material.
