Atlas HLS | Nuclear-powered heavy logistics rotorcraft airship

Description
Nuclear-powered heavy logistics system rotorcraft - "Atlas"

Very much a work in progress, but primary systems are finally to a point I'm content enough to share on Workshop. Mostly creating this listing to motivate myself to finish this.

Start-up requires manually starting the reactor, which takes some time to reach nominal RPS. There's a console in the reactor room - turn the key, push the button.

Not much is labeled yet - sorry.

Once in the cockpit, and RPS at the flywheels is 60, find the flipswitches to your left; the cluster of 4 engage the rotor blade clutches, the single beneath those retracts the landing struts.
W/S=Forward/back
A/D=Yaw
U/D=Altitude
L/R=Strafe

RADAR-controlled weapons controls are clustered to the top-right of the cockpit console.

For now, '3' deploys the heavy autocannon and space bar fires, but the mechanics need a rework, so you're probably gonna have a bad time with that.

Cargo door/ramp controls are next to the doors.

Crane operation is WASD to move, UD for winches, space for magnets.

The tug is a simple WASD controlled tracked electric vehicle, with a connector on the front and a dump bed controlled with UD. '1' toggles the front connector, which holds it in its stowed position.

This is a very interesting and well thought craft. It would be great to see more of your creations in the future. Have a good day =)

Also, I think one of the updates shortly before the Space update absolutely nuked the logic performance for this craft. I used to get 50+ FPS on medium physics in areas that weren't demanding, and 40+ in areas with a lot going on. Now I don't even get that on low.

I just tested the thing and can confirm it flies after the hot fixes. The only issue I'm aware of is that some change in the update severely restricted the flow of the condenser coolant. Still seems to work well enough despite that.

If the rotors aren't spinning even after letting the reactor get up to speed, make sure you're engaging the rotor clutches. There's a cluster of 4 flip switches, mounted low next to the pilot seat.

Ok but i have problem tho get the rotors tho spin.

The reactor used to keep this craft aloft while fully loaded with 16 containers. I have not updated the design since the Space catastrophe. I'll get to it eventually - promise.

I've learned a bit, and think I could refine the design.
