Bundeswehr sucessfully drove the NVA back over the inner German Border. With pressure mounting however, it was decided to give battle again. A score has to be settled, both sides consider themselves justified.

West Germany has received further support by the United States, additional Armor as well as Army Rangers have been deployed. Already experienced with Soviet VDV.
The Soviets finally stepped in and hastily deployed VDV and Heavy Armor.

Will this "Great War" lead into World War 3? Or will cooler heads prevail, no matter the outcome?
Pushing further east is ill advised, as it will very much lead to nukes flying.

BluFor has to push North and take the NVAs Headquarter at Rätzlingen. BluFor received additional Airsupport, Infantry and Armor.

OpFor needs to retake Weferlingen, they already hold a flank in the east, courtesy of the VDV. Soviet Armor, Aircraft and VDV are on standby, ready to match whatever the Americans can deploy.
