The Prince of Namekians, Piccolo, Arrives

Piccolo is a Semi-heavy that has tools for a lot of different situations

---------------SPECIALS---------------

Nspecial - Demon Wave: A charge move that has 4 different charge states that each shoot a different proj. The last one shoots a special beam cannon

Uspecial - Demon wave(Diagonal) : Piccolo shoots a Demon wave that can be shot up (while on the ground) or used for a boost as a recovery

Fspecial - Mystic Harpoon: Piccolo takes a chapter out of luffy's book, and stretches his arms to grab any opponent in his way. This leads to a combo that launches the enemy up. Aerial version is a super dash

Grounded Dspecial - Hellzone Grenade (Single) :Piccolo launches a ball filled with ki into the sky, This ball lingers here for a while before sending its self back down to the ground

Dspecial - Rapid Fire Kick: A flurry of kicks that send both Picccolo and the opponent downward

This is one of my favorite Fraymaker characters! However, the Ki Blasts are missing those iconic DBZ laser sound effects, and it is driving me crazy, could you fix it?
