Say chicken in Spanish

Based on TerminalMontage's character.

FEATURES:

• Playermodel and NPC models

For playermodel, go to playermodel menu to change playermodel color

For NPC, use TF2 hat paint addon <<CLICK HERE>>

For ragdoll, only spawn the NPC version, not the playermodel version because, for some reason, the spawned playermodel will be in dark blue and can't be changed. I don't know why, I still couldn't find the solution to fix that.

It is why the playermodel and NPC versions have different methods to change color. I hope this doesn't inconvenient you too much.
