"objective" my ass I've done about 6 playthroughs just using incants and most of this list is straight wrong
Blatantly wrong for PvP. Can't blame it much for that, PvP is a very different game, and a lot of good sorceries and incants are good for non-obvious reasons, like elden stars is a setup and control spell. Great for forcing certain spacing, and the explosion at the end will do a sizable amount of damage in a duel but landing that is just a bonus, the real damage comes from whatever it was intended to bait them into. Pest threads, black blade, and even burn o flame are terrible in PvP, extremely easy to outspace or dodge. But they are super good in PvP in the right situation.
Again, not terrible for a PvE list, but still highly subjective. Ask anyone with 500+ hours and all of them will give a pretty different list.
The best incants are whatever work for you.
I would agree with 85-90% of the list.
