No Skirmish Mode for MK1212 AD

Description
Are you tired of wasting time running all map after those pesky horse archers? or even foot archers? Then this mod is for you!

This submod simply removes the "skirmish mode" button for every ranged unit, so the AI will not run from you anymore. Your units will also not run automatically but you still can micro them.
I also increased the accuracy of the ranged units, for balance purposes.

Use only one, as they are incompatible with each other:
All melee
All melee (submods)
No Skirmish (submods)

This is savegame compatible and should be compatible with any mod.
Please let me know for any issues, or if there's any unit still with skirmish button.

Someone asked me to release a mod of this in 2020 @ MK1212 Discord but I had other projects. Glad someone got around to it. Not sure I would have buffed accuracy as much as the dynamics of the DB projectiles file needs modification.

Urgh! This was my biggest complaint in the old TW games! Forgotten how much of annoyance it was (doesnt seem to happen in the Warhammer series for some reason)
