Onskin Tunics: Regular uniforms and Scarlet uniforms

< ======= Crafted at a machining table ======= >
All Headgear: Pith helmets, Officer Visor, and Slouch Hat
Torso-Level Armor: Body Plate and Lobster
Belts: Chestrigs

It should be compatible with CE version 1.5 using the autopatcher in 1.5, as it's only an apparel mod.
