Medieval Tales - Sherwood

---Premise:
The Sheriff of Nottingham threatens to take control of England, by subduing all the king’s lands during his absence from the country. You, Robin of Loxley - better known as Robin Hood - are all that stands in his way.
The sheriff, located at Nottingham, is more adapt at collecting taxes and his infrastructure and defences are better developed. On the other hand, you have the support of the people, and access to greater amounts of wood (allowing for great production of bows and spears). For you and your merry men to succeed, you must also secure enough food sources or your men will surely face starvation. The surrounding shires of Lincoln and Derby might be able to provide some relief here.

---Please note:
Gameplay in these scenarios may not be balanced by design. Some offer a special challenge - for instance: in the Sherwood scenario, the Robin Hood player is to secure food production and start developing his starting position, while having plenty of access to wood for basic buildings and weapons. Meanwhile, the Sheriff player already starts off with developed defences and food production, but needs to secure other resources or risk falling behind in weapons production.
