Description
The Abbasid caliphate is in ruins - the Mongols have sacked the grand jewel that is their capital - Baghdad. The round city lays in ruin, its women raped, and its men slaughtered. The blood of the innocent flows down the streets where they walked days before - Muslim, Christian, Jew, or any other religion - all were to be slain by Hulagu's Horde.
