A long time ago, a Mayor who did not want to inherit his title, named this place. Foolshope is a terrible name for a town. Perhaps his dreams were crushed, and his bitterness spread into the land itself, but even long after he's gone the town seem to struggle. Many people left, and the town was empty for a long time...

Perhaps some new blood could do it good.
