gm_jasmas

After a year of work with huge breaks, gm_jasmas is done.
Well, not completely, it still needs many work to look good,
so I'll update it from time to time (dont trust these words).
I had multiple problems like broken shadows and mirrors, so they're just simple
brushes now. Also this map started as a simple house project,
but in time I got inspired by gm_mountain_resort, so I added
several mechanical stuff in this map like lights, functional electronics, etc.
