Why are there missing textures on the lights?

Having lived in Virginia, I can confidently say this is a very accurate depiction of its location. I keep coming back to this small little map and discovering more locations that I missed before.

Nobody knows a fix to the textureless lights issue?

it gives the vibe that the neighborhood is only supposed to be experienced at those late night hours and that it doesn't exist ENOUGH to be active during daylight hours

@AntlionSoldier344 it reminds me of days when i wasnt at school when i shouldve, and the neighborhood was empty and quiet because everyone was at work or school

honestly this kinda makes the map MORE eerie. because if its nightime you'd expect a neighborhood to not be very lively. but since its daytime and you'd expect to see alot of activity, it makes it alot more creepy since their isnt anyone during the day
