question: (you've probably answered this a thousand times.) Do I need every add on for each expansion I own? or just the newest one?

hey this might be a dumb question but sometimes when i go into customization for creating a faction or editing a hero the icons for the most part get blacked out for outfit pieces so i cant see at all what im selecting from.
is this a result of having too many age of fashion mods? or possibly another issue? idk if anyone has had this problem before and looking it up didnt garner any results

cool cool. yeah im not a modder so i didnt know how complicated it was that it couldnt be applied as easily to other races, the player models are amazing tho like thats why i want it back so much like they looked awesome. hopefully when there back they will be amazing and maybe more of them also :) thanks for explaining and giving me the update on progress :) hopefully it will work soon. ill stop bugging you now haha good luck to you and whoever is working on it :)

The dragonlady outfits need to use her own skeleton/animations (and there are no mount or flying animations) so a separate leader is the easiest way to use them. Fitting the outfits to normal races would be too much work for me at least.
It's not so complicated to fix, just tedious.. a lot of dragon skills that need to be copied. Someone messaged me saying they were going to try fixing ii

@chickensmasher im not an expert in coding/modding things but just wondering if maybe the character models for the dragon lady mod could they just be turned into skins/ outfits separately from the dragon stuff and all the complicated role and character trees that might not be working as well? so like for instance maybe the models could just be used on all races or maybe humanoid ones just like outfits can be ? i think there are other mods that do this but idk if its possible or not for these models, just thought id ask.

either way fixed or not fixed that mod is the best so hopefully you can find time in your schedule to fix and improve it or rework it to be like these clothing mods. :) maybe even add more models and options for other races :)

Nevermind, i'm an idiot. Seems that completely rearranging load order and putting the mod at the very top worked for me.

Maybe a stupid question, but does this mod need to be updated for AP or Griffon 1.0 to work at all?
Came back from about 6 months hiatus and now all my custom rulers don't have bodies and i don't get an option to choose an empty doll to enter the outfit picking menus

all good , im sure its like super complicated to mod and fix all this stuff like id have no clue how to do it so a lot of respect that you can, but yeah i think it was because it was so good is the reason people want it back so bad. like it probably is the best mod this game ever had and i bet it could be even better and improved once it comes back. :)

@zaz not sure what you mean, this mod shouldn't overwrite any transformation stuff?
@TheUnWarierWhale I want to but keep getting distracted with other things sorry.. I know it's been like a year since I said I'd fix it

Been teaching myself how to mod AOW, its frustrating lol. been lookign through your files trying to find the overwrite for the head portion on major transformations. specifically looking for draconic transformation.

Do you know which .rpk file you found that deals with Transformation that overwrites the 'head' slot?
