Description
The rest of eyes particles have correct color, why not Cerebral Discharge?.

Well this is a simple fix so that Cerebral Discharge texture becomes from yellow to white, making colors match perfectly.

The most notable affected color is Team Shine (BLU) and Hot Rod, with this fix it looks much better.
