Dark Souls Death Screen Fixed

Description

This just adds the "YOU DIED" deathscreen from Dark Souls into the game.

This is an edit of another persons mod with fixed/improved/remade textures and less delay.

As per usual unsubscribe from the original mod if you use this, or they will conflict!
