[TFA-VOX] EFT ENG BEAR Sergei voice

This VOX modification adds BEAR PMC phrases from escape from tarkov. This package contains one of the two English-speaking BEAR voices at the time of patch 0.13. There are 355 phrases, all used in the circular menu, as well as in the performance of any actions (Treatment, damage, knockdown, sprint, enemy grenade, raising items, reloading and spawn).

To call the radial menu you need a bind: bind "button" "+tfa_vox_callout_radial"
If the command wheel is empty, you need to set the sound pack on your character in the model selection menu.

All addons except TFA VOX are optional, but if you want to hear the reaction to the enemy grenade, running and also some compatibility with Modern Warfare II - Takedowns & Revive System, then they will be required. If there are any problems with the sound of breathing, just turn off the VOX module "Extra collouts - Out of Breath".
