Cheat Menu alternative activation method 0(modify)

PLEASE NOTE: This will only modify the activation of the MAIN MOD and is not the MAIM MOD, U still need the main mod to use this.

Changes/modify the Activation method to:
When Toggle Long-range Scan Mode Activates Cheat Menu(Shift + 3).
When Toggle SETA Mode Activates Quick Menu (Shift + 4).
