TTT DNA Scanner Tweaks

Description
Makes a few changes to the DNA Scanner to make using it a bit less annoying:

- Right-Click to exit scan control menu
- Scanner charge displayed above health status
- Manual scan hotkey

The manual scan hotkey is by default bound with +walk, but you can bind ttt_wtester_scan to whatever key you like.
