[TFA-VOX] EFT USEC VOX Brent voice

This VOX modification adds USEC PMC phrases. This package contains one of the three voices of USEC at the time of patch 0.13. There are 299 phrases, all of them are used in the command wheel, as well as in the performance of any actions (Damage, raising items and spawn).

To call the command wheel you need a bind: bind "button" "+tfa_vox_callout_radial
If the command wheel is empty, you need to set a sound pack on your playermodel in the model selection menu.

All addons except TFA VOX are optional, but if you want to hear the reaction to the enemy grenade, running and also some compatibility with Modern Warfare II - Takedowns & Revive System, then they will be required. If there are any problems with the sound of breathing, just turn off the VOX module "Extra collouts - Out of Breath".
