Reworked NG+ caption

Replaces the boring and immersion breaking "New Game+ x N" caption when starting a NG+ loop, with one verse of a lore-filled poem, out of a total of 28.
This means that to uncover the full poem, and by extension the whole story, u gotta go to NG+28. So get preparing!

The lore's not canon, obviously. But I believe it's pretty vanilla-friendly.
