Description

Brings China starting GDP more inline with reality. Most other countries are tuned realistically, but obviously not China for some reason. Sets starting GDP to "realistic" estimations, factoring light polution-to-GDP ratio, known over-reporting of provincial revenue year-over-year.

Can you add an update to reduce their population to under a billion? It came out they lied so much about it on every level of their society in their census reporting.
