[TFA-VOX] EFT SCAV VOX Scav1 voice

This VOX modification adds phrases of SCAV. In this pack is one of the six voices of the SCAV at the time of patch 12.12. A total of 238 phrases, all they are used in the circular menu, as well as the performance of any actions ( Damage, raising items and spawn). Most likely to add more phrases as the opportunity arises.
